Greetings from the Policy Council Chair

Frederick Douglass said, “It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.” ICS is building strong children by addressing educational, emotional, social and physical needs. Its dedication to building strong families focuses on key areas including nutrition and employment. ICS is an organization in a league of its own! None of the accomplishments in this annual report would be possible without the tireless efforts of the staff, parents, and community partners.

As a parent and avid supporter of education, it is my pleasure to serve as Chair of the Policy Council!
